[Review] Clio Virgin Kiss Lipnicure #7 Tension Red + #8 Guilty Pink ♥

Hello, Lovely! ♥
If you read this post, you should know that these lip products are some of my May Haul! I rarely use lip products, but I think I will use them more. And I love bold and bright color.... quite much! So, yeah, grabbing them to my make up bag is really tempting ;D

Well, do you know Sandara Park from 2NE1? She is a brand ambassador for Clio Professional and I do always love the way she represents the product. She's hot and pretty at the same time! ;)

Alright, she is pretty and seductive at the same time :)) And I love those colors for long time ago. Buuuuttt.. I have to know about its ingredients. I don't want to go with "not a natural" cosmetic. At least, no Paraben. =A=

Then, I tried to find it on Google, our lovely search engine lol, and I got this link. Oh well, rosehip oil, argan oil and jojoba oil. It means this product is quite natural, isn't it? ;D

So, let's check about the colors:

As the title is stated, I took #7 and #8 as my new lip lacquers on make up bag >_<
I had some difficulties to pick the color I want since all of them are so pretty *what a greedy woman* LOL.
I decided to take #7 Tension Red and #8 because they are so bold!! *OMG Susan!!*

And here my lovey dovey lip lacquer, Virgin Kiss Lipnicure...

I love its packaging. It looks simple-yet-cool. Its packaging reminds me of many professional make up line like MAC Cosmetic. The bottle itself is in plastic bottle in glassy look. It looks luxurious, isn't it?

Love its description. I hope it will be exactly same as it is stated :D Oh ya, don't forget. Use it within 18 months!

How to use and the-things-you-have-to-consider-of  in Korean! I think they should provide English, too. -_-

Uwaaaa, the colors ♥.♥ ♥.♥

The swatches. Left is "Tension Red" and Right is "Guilty Pink"

Let's jump into the review:

♥♥♥ Brush (3.5/5):
This brush applicator is soft, not too long and it has curved doe foot shape. It is a good applicator since it won't irritate your lip. But, if you're not used to use this kind of applicator, you will be in difficult to apply since the applicator is kinda "chubby". It can't make a sharp edge on your lip since it's too chubby. To make sharper edge, use your finger or cotton bud.
This brush helps you to make gradation lips but not the full one, IMO.

♥♥♥ Color (4/5):
I love their color since they are opaque and intense ♥ However, it doesn't have exact color as its ad. I thought the color will be darker (?). But no, it's brighter one to two color shades..

♥♥♥ Longevity (3/5):
It is extremely long lasting, indeed. I've ever used it in my whole day and the longevity is truly great! The color keeps opaque and it isn't decreased by drinking water. But it is not happened to oily/creamy food. If you eat oily/creamy food, lipnicure will be gone LOL. That photo was captured after I drank some water and blotted it on a tissue paper. It won't leave stain on your bottle/glass, but it will keep leaving stain on tissue.
Do you notice the stain? Yes, the stain is different with lipstick one. Lipnicure leaves less residue and it is like a colored powder. XD Here, I will show you "the stains" and looks after eating oily/creamy food.

-UPDATED-
It is also hard to smudge. So be careful to wipe it off!

After eating oily foods (which Indonesian foods are mostly oily...)

And now, lipnicure is gone!! I have to erase the stain on my lips and reapply it again. Erh... This was applied when I was in rushed. So, the shape is not good at all..

♥♥♥ Texture and Finish (3/5):
It has matte finish and it satisfies me! It is so lovely about its finishing but not the texture. The texture is soooo dry. It dries my lips so bad. I think this is the only reason why we should purchase its lip primer. I don't have any lip primer and I tried to apply lipnicure after applying lip balm and I have no idea!! It is still so dry -_- I talked to my-friend-and-she-is-exactly-a-make-up-artist (okay, too long!), Lumielle and she said that Lipnicure is not suitable for people who have many fine lip lines, like me. -_- AND, I do strongly agree! It makes me difficult to smile X'D

♥♥♥ Scent (3/5):
It has weird smell. I can't describe it but it is too smelly. Ouch! However, the smell won't disturb me because the smell is gone when it is applied on your lip. It won't make you sneeze or hard to breath x)

The overall result? It is only 3.3 How can it be so small? It is surely because the product is not in a real goddess. The good things are long lasting, hard to remove and opaque color. However, the bad things are too drying, little bit hard to apply and easy to be transferred after eating oily/creamy food.

If you ask me about repurchasing, I will surely think twice. I love the color and its longevity, indeed. But I have to accept its weaknesses... Moreover, this one is not surely for me because of my lips.. *breathing heavily*

I will recommend this product if you have less fine lip lines and tolerate its dryness.

But well, the colors are too pretty. I don't want to let them away :( So i keep using them as the color is so pretty and I avoid to eat oily/creamy foods if I don't bring them on my make up bag XD
*what a fuzzy woman*

And Lovely, do you love this lip lacquer? ♥ Hope it helps you a lot.

[SPONSORED REVIEW] Natural and Safe Home Waxing? Try "Cool Waxing Sugar" ♥

11:00 AM Posted by Floiresan , , , , 7 comments
Hello, Lovely! ♥
Today, I wanna post a review, sponsored one by Black Van Candy, an Instagram based Online Shop which sells Etude House products, Mizzu Eyeliner and Cool Sugar Wax :D
Don't worry, I won't lose my subjective objectiveness here ("subjective" means "my own opinion" and "objectiveness" means being as honest as it has to be. Got it? XD)

Here I wanna share you my new lovely product. It is a sugar wax named "Cool Sugar Wax".

Every time you purchase this product, you will get a wood spatula and 10 cotton sheets :)

It's cute, isn't it? ;)

Yep, 100% natural ingredients. It states about their main ingredients: Sugar and Citric Acid ;)
Btw, I love its packaging. Simple and looks vintage ♥

The instruction. It is in Bahasa :)

Ok, make sure that skin area is dry enough. Don't wet and/or shower your hair before doing this waxing :) Then, let's try!

P.S: Beware. It contains some disturbing-yet-bad quality pics.

1. Prepare Cool Sugar Wax. Oh well, I think it gets hard like a caramel. On the right photo, you can see the "red" circle. It is a stain when I wanted to take some sugar gel for waxing, and it was failed!

Tips: If its form becomes harder like caramel candy, you have to "melt" it by putting this closed jar on medium hot water (or heat it on microwave in medium hot temperature) for 5 minutes or less.

2. Make sure it will change into paste.

3. Take some paste by using wood spatula and apply it thinly on destined location. Make sure to apply it as the hair growth's direction. Don't apply it into too thick layer, it will be very hard to remove.

4. Put cotton sheets on the sugar paste, press it for a while and pull it in the opposite direction of hair growth. It's okay, it doesn't hurt you ;) (I've tried it on my legs and I don't lie :P)

Let's jump into the result:

Sorry the qualities are too bad. Low lighting and not too focused -_- I have to take photography class soon XD What a bad blogger..

And those are the "disturbing pics":

The hair is in there. Looks so disgusting *I also don't want to see, indeed*

My opinion towards this product:
♥♥♥ Texture (3/5):
The texture is quite good since it is a sugar paste. But I don't like its temperature sensitivity. It is easily changed into harder like a candy. Ewh. Need more time to melt this paste.
It also dries very fast, so don't take too long to pull the cotton sheet.
♥♥♥ Scent (4/5):
It smells good. The original one has honey scent, I guess. Actually, I'm not into honey. It is your own preference. Mine? It is good and not too smelly. BTW, Cool Sugar Wax has other flavor. It's Chocolate. You may ask Black van Candy of its availability ^^
♥♥♥ Effectiveness (4.5/5):
It is effective. I feel it removes the hair very well. I don't feel "hairy" anymore and I think it is pulled into the root, so the hair is well removed. However, it won't work for "too" short hair.
♥♥♥ Ingredients (5/5):
It states itself as natural product. Well, it should be obvious since this is homemade product :D. Honestly, I won't reject natural products because of its naturalness ♥

Overall result is  4.2 ♥ This product is good as its goodness. It is simply worth to try and save more money to remove unwanted hair ^^. It can be used for more than 20 times. Oh yes, it has a life span, too. It's usable for a year (12 months).

The price? I think it is quite affordable. It costs Rp. 63.000/jar (USD 6.5) for Original and Rp. 75.000 for Chocolate one. It is 250 ml in a jar ♥

It is affordable, right?

Basically, I love this product because its effectiveness. If you want to try this product, you can contact Black Van Candy as well here:

[MUC + FOTD] IBB Make Up Challenge "FUN MAKE UP ALL ABOUT JAPAN"

Hello, Lovely!
Wuuuh, this month is full of assignments. OHHH MY! I really want to create some looks for submit this make up challenge, I wish I am not late!!

Here is an interesting make up challenge I wanna join:

This make up challenge theme is so interesting because *okay, I guess all of you know about this* I Love Japan! Yeap, Japanese. Whatever it happens to Japan, I will always love this country. Japan is a country I will always like to visit. And I love everything about Japanese food, fashion and beauty things. They are unique, amazing and they can "show" their own uniqueness in many way!

Here, I wanna submit 3 looks. Wut? Yep, I hardly decided to make some looks for this make up challenge. It is surely because too many interesting things about Japan. I can't mention them all! I think I will submit 3 looks in a post. BTW, I don't make their tutorials because of limited time!! *gomen*

Here my first inspiration:

Western Gothic Girl: Credit

It is "Goshikku Gyaru". What is Goshikku Gyaru? Goshikku Gyaru or Gothic Gal is a gyaru who incorporates the Gothic fashion into her style. It is totally different with Gothic Lolita. Gothic Lolita in Harajuku Style is a Victorian style in Goth look, however Goshikku Gyaru is fiercer and not too much "lace" on their coordinates.

It doesn't into Japanese thingy too much, since it has been influenced by Gothic and Gothic is identically about conspicuously dark, mysterious, exotic, and complex features on your style. And here, I tried to combine these 2 photos on my make up.

This make up will never show how "beautiful" a girl is but how "dark" she is and I think it has strong, fierce and dark image in a same time. That is why I'd like to make my photo like purikura (Japanese photo booth) decoration in Black! It is also different than "Rokku Gyaru". Rokku is cool but it's all about "rock". It's dark but not as dark as Goshikku! I think my Rokku look is much better than Goshikku. -___-

My make up key: Bold eyeliner (not to bold because my eyes are too small!), dramatic lashes, dark red lips and some dots on my nose and below my right eye.

P.S: Another photo without the dots!

My second look:
Recreated Kumi Koda's make up on Driving Hit's cover!

Koda Kumi

But... MY NAILS IS THAT SHORT LA! T___T I can't wear my fake nails because the glue is dried T__T So, no fake nails. And my pose is freaking weird -_- I can't pose like Koda Kumi. She has a very good expression and I make it in  a weird pose. Bleeeh!

My make up is so messy here. T___T The line is difficult to make ......

Actually, I'd like to make Ayumi Hamasaki one since Ayumi is one of the singer I love the most. However, I don't find any Ayumi's eye make up beside bold liner and nude lips.. @_@

My make up key: Bold eyeliner with a fine line and silver eye shadow.

And the last make up is Harajuku Gal make up!

Harajuku is getting more popular these days and "Gyaru" is not that popular, even in Shibuya. Harajuku lovers is increasing day by day. And surely it shows how cool Japanese is. Harajuku makes teenagers, fashionista people and designers more creative and show their uniqueness by their outfit and make up.

Here are my inspirations:

Amo - Credit

Seto Ayumi - Credit

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu - Credit

Their similarities? Thin colored eyebrow, big eyes and apply blusher NOT on the cheek, but close to eye bag. Some of them have bright BUT not bold lips. Some of them have bright and glossy lips. Some of them have "dracula" effect lip. Many inspiring Harajuku makeup, indeed. And this is my version:

Feels like someone slapped me! Hahahaha too bright XD

My make up key: bold winged eye liner, silvery yellow on tear line, dramatic upper lashes, natural lower lashes, pink blusher, thin red lipstick and pink lip gloss.

These are my looks, which one do you like, Lovely? :D ♥
